Palliative Care Physician at Lahey Hospital

The Division of Palliative Care and Geriatric Medicine at Lahey Hospital & Medical Center (LMHC) seeks a board certified/eligible palliative medicine physician to join our collaborative interdisciplinary team and contribute to our clinical, educational and quality improvement missions.

Clinical services currently include inpatient consultations within our 335-bed academic medical center affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine with referrals from all medical and surgical services. Clinic-based services are provided in the Lahey Health Cancer Institute with plans to expand to other serious illness populations. The division educates fellows and residents from multiple specialties and medical students and is currently planning for a hospice and palliative medicine fellowship program.

Candidates must have completed hospice and palliative medicine fellowship training by hire date or demonstrate other comparable experience. Opportunity for an academic appointment with Tufts University School of Medicine commensurate with level of achievement.
