Bethesda, MD CCRC Based Concierge Primary Care
- Provide concierge primary care services to residents, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and urgent medical consultations.
- Conduct clinical assessments for prospective residents during regular clinic hours.
- Maintain 24/7 availability for urgent clinical needs, with backup coverage provided by other CCC physicians as needed.
- Hold credentialing for courtesy privileges at Suburban Hospital (and potentially Sibley Hospital).
- Work closely with facility staff and leadership to ensure seamless coordination-of-care.
Schedule:
- Full-time: Five days per week on-site, or Part-time: Four days per week on-site (Fridays off).
- Four morning clinic sessions per week (4-hour blocks) for Independent Living residents.
- Afternoon hours dedicated to Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facility residents (estimated 1-4 hours based on needs).
Support & Resources:
- On-site nursing and administrative support provided by facility employees familiar with residents and facility operations.
- On-site nursing and administrative support provided by community employees familiar with residents and facility operations.
- Remote administrative support from CCC, including credentialing, billing, EMR support (EPIC via Johns Hopkins), and general administrative assistance.
- CCC will provide physician coverage for vacations, CME time off, and occasional after-hours/overnight coverage.
Compensation Details
$180-300k
•Base Salary: $180,000 - $250,000 (commensurate with experience and based on commitment of four or five days), plus bonus potential. •Health, dental, and vision insurance (75% employer-covered for employee, 50% for dependents). •401(k) plan with 6% employer match (available immediately). •15 days of paid vacation in the first year, increasing to 20 days in year two and beyond. •5 days of paid CME leave plus $3,000 in CME reimbursement. •Reimbursement for licensure and credentialing costs.
