Join our dynamic Urology team at Lahey Hospital and Medical Center, a leading academic center of excellence, as an experienced PA or NP to perform independent clinical activities in a supportive environment.

Key Highlights: 

• Outpatient Focus: Primarily outpatient role, with potential for inpatient/OR involvement based on interest. 
• Academic Setting: Participate in teaching AP students and fellows. 
• Flexibility: Flexible day shifts, no weekends, no call. 
• Comprehensive Support: CME time/stipend, licensure expenses, and a dedicated support team (nurses, MAs, admin). 
• Work-Life Balance: Full-time (40 hours), flexible day shifts, no weekends, no call.

Requirements: 

• PA or NP certification. 
• Experience in Urology preferred. 
• Ability to perform independent clinical activities. 
• Massachusetts licensure by hire date.
