Urology Locums in Cottonwood, Arizona

• Location: Cottonwood, Arizona
• Position: Urology Locums
• Start Date: March
• Contract Length: Ongoing
• Schedule: 3 days of clinic, 1 day in OR, 1 day of procedures in clinic, night call, 24hr weekend call.
• Support Staff: 1 PA, no other MD’s, Mas assigned
• Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: Full time (will look at 2 weeks per month)
• Patients per day: 20 patients per day in clinic
• Procedures per day: 10-15 per week
• Surgeries in OR: 3 or 4 per day
• EMR: Cerner
• Hospital Bed size: 99
• Robotics: No
• Special Procedures: in clinic vasectomy, infant circumcision outpatient (not required)
• Disposable flexible stethoscopes
• Doctor will phone interview

Requirements:

• Board Certification: BC or BE
• DEA: Yes
• CSR: No
• Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Licensing Timeframe: 3-4 months
