• Schedule: Monday – Friday - 8a-5p, opportunity for 24 call if wanted

• Support staff: 1 RN, 1PCT
• Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
• Patients per day: 16
• Patient population/age: newborn to 17
• Department description: Outpatient pediatric – Family Practice Center
• EMR: EPIC
• Skills required: Well Child checkups / Preventive care and acute illness / Immunizations / many be some other pediatric needs that come up. newborn nursery rounding only if the provider participates in the call rotation. They do have call coverage rotation from 8am – 8am (24 hour call).
• Board Certification: required
• State license required: Yes
• DEA: required
• Certifications required: BLS, NPR, PALS
• Credentialing Timeframe: 45-60 days
