*Pediatrics clinic located in Goble Women and Children Center .5 mile from hospital

*Additional clinic locations in nearby communities

*4 pediatricians (full-time & part-time), 4 CNPs (full-time & part-time)

*20-25 clinic patients per day

*Newborn rounding and C-Section attendance (1:4 call, 20-minute response time)

*350 births per year - Level 1 nursery

*Call volume light
