Pathologist: Independent Group Practice - One Hour from Chicago
La Porte, IN
Northwest Health Network is partnering with our contracted pathology group, Pathology Associates of Northwest Indiana, at La Porte Hospital to welcome a board certified/board eligible Pathologist. Part time or full time partner track position is available. The ideal candidate will have independent sign out experience, possess excellent diagnostic and communication skills, be able to work effectively with a team and have an interest in growing the practice. Fellowship training is a plus but not required. Experience is preferred but a new graduate will be considered.

Service 2 community hospitals, multiple satellite clinics and a surgical center

Caseload is predominantly biopsies, routine surgical specimens, benign and onologic resection specimens, GYN and other cytology specimens. Minimal frozen sections. No autopsies.

Volume average: 10,000 surgical and 3,500 cytology annually

AP/CP call is one of every 3 weeks
