• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Days, Weekend call
• BLS required
• 15 - 35 patients during clinic day, 6 - 10 deliveries per month
• Will include OB and GYN patients as well as assist in surgery
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
