A well established hospital system is looking to expand their team with an Outpatient FM physician. This is an awesome opportunity to build strong relationships with patients and the community! Join a trusted leader in healthcare with a growing network of over 200 physicians.

Practice Details:
- 4.5 days clinic time with .5 day admin time per week. No weekends
- 18 -22 patients per day.
- Rotating call 1:8 ratio. Dedicated nurse & medical assistant.
- Care for a diverse patient mix including both rural and suburban communities. Primarily adult and geriatric with occasional pediatric cases.
- Over 3 weeks PTO

Compensation:
- Guaranteed competitive base salary + WRVU production bonus + Sign-on bonus.
- Rural Health Incentive up to $15,000.
