Seeking Compassionate Community based Palliative Care NP or PA

SSM Health is actively recruiting for a Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider, (PA). 2 years of Palliative Care, Geriatric or Family Medicine experience is required. If you desire a M-F 8:00 am- 4:30 pm schedule and want to make a difference within our community, then this position is for you! The successful candidate will do both community and virtual visits with patients.
