Job Summary:
The Department of Neurology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a child neurologist with subspeciality training in Epilepsy, Stroke, Neuroimmunology, Movement Disorders, or general pediatric neurologists interested in joining our expanding Pediatric Neurology and Comprehensive Epilepsy Programs at UW Hospital and Clinics, American Family Children's Hospital and affiliated locations. The Section of Pediatric Neurology has recruited six pediatric epileptologists and six pediatric neurologists with subspecialty training in neuromuscular diseases, sleep, headache, and neonatal neurology and plans to expand further. This position includes opportunities for teaching and research.

Qualifications:
Must have completed a child neurology residency program, fellowship trained in Epilepsy, Stroke, Neuroimmunology, Movement Disorders, or equivalent experience. Must have a WI medical license by the time of appointment. Must be ABPN or AOBNP board eligible or certified in Neurology with special qualifications in child neurology.
Candidates for Associate Professor (CHS) or Professor (CHS) must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the CHS track.
Candidates for Clinical Associate Professor or Clinical Professor must meet criteria for appointment at rank per UW School of Medicine and Public Health guidelines for appointment and promotion on the Clinician Teacher track.

MD, MD/PhD, or DO is required.
