General Radiologist Opportunity – Private Practice – $450K Guaranteed Salary + Partnership Track

A friendly, stable, five-member private group in Pennsylvania is seeking a full-time, on-site General Radiologist to join their growing practice. We offer a welcoming, family-oriented atmosphere with a diverse caseload covering all aspects of community radiology.

✅ BC/BE required; recently trained candidates preferred. ✅ H1-B sponsorship is possible. ✅ Over 90,000 radiology exams per year.

💰 Compensation & Benefits -

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $450K with potential for higher compensation based on experience.
• Sign-On Bonus.
• Partnership Track: Achievable in just 1 year with NO buy-in required.
• Vacation & CME: 10 weeks of vacation/CME annually with a $800 CME allowance.

🗓 Work Schedule:

• Monday - Friday: Choose from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Weekend Call: 8 weekend calls per year (Saturday/Sunday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM).
• Teleradiology Coverage: 5:00 PM - 7:30 AM with final reads completed Monday through Sunday.

• On-site & Off-site MRI: 1.5 Tesla.
• 2 Multidetector CTs.
• 6 Ultrasound Machines.
• PET Scanner.
• Stereotactic Breast Biopsy & MRI-Guided Breast Biopsy.
