Practice Setting

• Join a team of 4 primary care providers and 4 behavioral health professionals
• 17-exam room clinic serving a community of approximately 10,000 residents
• Full-spectrum primary care with access to on-site lab, X-ray, PT/OT, speech therapy, and pharmacy

** Schedule**

• 4-day workweek with dedicated nursing staff off

  • Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, no weekends or call required
• Leadership duties include APP supervision, team meetings, and clinic growth initiatives
• Opportunity to oversee cardiac rehab, sleep study program, and hospital Chief of Staff role

** Compensation & Benefits**

• Base salary of $270,000, plus $2,000 per month for APP oversight

  • Signing bonus starting at $25,000 + relocation & closing cost assistance
  • Student loan assistance up to $100,000

• Full benefits include malpractice coverage, retirement (IPERS), medical/dental/vision, PTO (30 days total), and CME stipend
