$263,388.15 - $395,082.23 per year
Plus a generous $10,000+ Relocation Bonus Available! *Only out-of-state candidates may be eligible.

Requirements:
- Doctor of Medicine/Osteopathy.
- Residency in Psychiatry (DO/MDs only).
- Five years of relevant clinical experience.
- Three years of leadership experience.
Certification, Licensure:
- State of Colorado Medical License or Valid Prescriptive Authority in good standing.
- Successful completion of an accredited residency training program in Psychiatry.
- Preferred: Valid and Current DEA required. DEA-X waiver a definite plus.**
