Position Summary: As a Family Practice Physician, you will empower patients to take an active role in their health and provide comprehensive care for both acute and chronic conditions. You’ll work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, making a lasting impact on patient health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote wellness behaviors and empower patients to manage their health.
• Provide follow-up care and maintain clear communication with patients.
• Refer patients to specialty care when necessary.
• Supervise mid-level providers and nursing staff.
• Participate in quality assurance and disease prevention initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits: We offer a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including:

• Salary Range: $250,000 for new graduates, with experienced physicians earning $350,000–$400,000 during an 18-month guarantee.
• After the guarantee, transition to an RVU/Production model with uncapped earning potential.
• Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance.
