Job Details: Houly Pay - $175.00 to $180.00 Shift - 4.5 days per week, 2 Saturdays per month Services Available On-Site: Laboratory, Radiology Practice Population: Adult, Geriatric

Board Certified - Internal Medicine/Family Medicine - Required

Local providers- only mileage will be reimbursed- Required

NJ license in hand- Required

Internal credentialing must be completed with the submitting agency- Required

Clean Background- Highly preferred

BLS – Required

Athena experience- highly preferred

Worked outpatient in NJ recently – Highly preferred

Provider must be credentialed with BCBS NJ- REQUIRED
