Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine

Fairview Health Services is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinic – Princeton.  Join our thriving multi-specialty practice with onsite access to a robust group of specialty providers and services.

 

Practice Details:

• 17 provider primary care practice, including 6 FM with OB physicians.
• Patient encounters average 16-20 patients per day.
• 34 patient contact hours per week.
• Call Frequency: 5-6 times a month.
• Openings: 0.8 to 1.0 FTE - Flexible schedule
• As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
• Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
• H1B Visa accepted.

 

Income Details:

• Resident stipend, Medical School loan forgiveness, sign-on bonus and relocation available.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
• Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure.
• Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
• Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges.
