    The Managing Medical director is responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients. Managing Medical Directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management. Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO), quality leadership, and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice. This role oversees the following locations: Ottawa, Mendota, Streator, Peru, & Princeton

    Qualifications

    • Education: Doctorate - Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
    • Experience: 5 years’ experience as a postgraduate licensed physician 3 years' experience in clinical leadership
    • Licensure/ Certification: Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state
