If you have...

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care.
• Proven leadership or management chops.
• Board-certified in Internal Medicine (IM) or Family Medicine (FM).
• Experience with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) is a bonus, not a must.
