    Personalized Primary Care for Senior Citizens-Be a healer, not a paperwork pusher!

     

    They offer market-leading compensation. The contracts involve three components: a base salary, an individual performance bonus, and a clinic performance bonus.

     

    Your compensation in the first year should approach $300k, with opportunity to exceed $400k by Year 3.

     

    *Relocation allowance also available

    *They prefer some managed care experience but will hire right out of residency also

     

    *Innovative value-based care model that enables primary care physicians to transform the health and lives of their patients in a way traditional fee-for-service (FFS) cannot

     

    *Focus on patient outcomes rather than patient volume

    *Call schedule is 1:3 only for after-hour emergencies.  Not for routine matters and is rotating remote call. Very low volume call for emergencies only

    *Hospital care is not required. Inpatient work is optional.

    *The typical patient load for a full panel is 0-2 patients in hospital at a time.

    *Clients will be doing the marketing and management of starting a private practice model for the new doc

    *A typical work day is 8 AM to 5 PM, 1-hour break for lunch/ 5.5 hours of patient care and the rest is built in admin time to follow up on triage, lab work, radiology results, documentation, etc.

     

    The difference between this client and the traditional fee for service. This client has:

    Smaller panel sizes (quality)

    PCP salary and bonuses are incentivized by good outcomes.

    Patients are seen as frequently as needed

    The panel is capped at 500 patients (compared to FFS national average of 2300 patients) and sees only 10–15 patients per day (compared to 40-60), so you can give your patients the quality time and attention they need.

    $300-400k
