** Schedule**

• Weekday schedule, Monday through Friday

  • Choose from 8:30a–5p or 9a–5:30p
  • Minimum of 2 weeks per month

** Procedures and Cases**

• Provide inpatient palliative care consultations
• Oversee and collaborate with NP support
• Adult patients only

** Requirements**

• Board Certified in Hospice and Palliative Medicine
• Fellowship-trained in Palliative Care
• Active Georgia license and current DEA

** Credentialing Requirements**

• Clean files eligible for temp privileges in 2–3 weeks
