GI Physician Needed in Alaska for Holiday Coverage paying up to $350/hour

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to provide coverage in Alaska, paying up to $350 per hour, with all travel expenses covered. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive clinic environment, with a comprehensive team and well-equipped facilities.

Position Details:

• Shift: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
• Call: 24-hour and night call required
• Patients: 10-12 in clinic, ~15 procedures on full day endo
• Scope: ERCP and EUS procedures are handled by general surgeons
• EMR: Cerner
• Support Staff: 2 RNs, 2 schedulers, 2 CMAs, and an APP available during shifts
• Dates Needed:
  • 12/27/2024 – 1/6/2025
  • 12/27: Proctoring and Onboarding
  • 12/28: 24-hour call
  • 12/29: 24-hour call
  • 12/30: Clinic and 24-hour call
  • 12/31: Clinic and 24-hour call
  • 1/1: 24-hour call
  • 1/2: Clinic and 24-hour call
  • 1/3: Clinic and 24-hour call
  • 1/4: 24-hour call
  • 1/5: 24-hour call

Requirements:

• Active Alaska License required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
