North Texas Kidney Disease Associates is seeking passionate and dedicated BC/BE Nephrologists to join their team! As part of a nationwide, physician-led organization, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional, evidence-based kidney care while enjoying the autonomy to shape your career. Hiring Package:

Ø $200,000 starting base salary

Ø $2,500 CME

Ø 4 weeks PTO initially; at year 3 increases to 6 weeks

Ø 3% 401(k) contribution

Ø Quarterly bonus opportunities

Schedule/Practice Details:

Ø Scheduling is flexible; able to create your own schedule

Ø Practice separated into pods to minimize commuting time; 3-4 physicians per pod

Ø 1:3 or 4 call (dependent on pod size)

Ø Typical week includes ½ days clinic, 2-4 dialysis shifts, hospital coverage

Ø Immediate patient base

Ø Support and mentoring available for new providers

Ø NTKDA is one of Dallas’ largest nephrology practices
