Hiring Package:

• $250,000 starting salary
• Negotiable relocation stipend
• 4 weeks PTO including CME
• No buy-in practice partnership opportunity after two years
• Dialysis facility ownership for partners

Schedule/Practice Details:

• 5-6 long weekend and 5-6 short weekends call per year
• Minimally intrusive travel between locations
