Quest Locum Tenens is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for a Cardiac ICU locum tenens assignment in Peoria, Illinois. This opportunity offers 12-hour shifts in a high-acuity cardiac critical care setting, with competitive compensation and full travel coverage.

Position Details

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Duration: Ongoing
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
• Call: None required
• Overtime: Not expected

​

Scope of Work

• Provide critical care management for cardiovascular ICU patients
• Perform procedures including arterial line placement, central line placement, intubations, and ventilation management
• Collaborate with intensivists, cardiologists, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care
• Document all care in EPIC EMR

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Cardiac ICU experience required
• Active Illinois license required at the time of submission
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• Active DEA and Illinois CSR required
• Compact licenses accepted for submission, but Illinois license must be active prior to start

• Competitive hourly rates up to $150 per hour
