Summary
- Zachary D. Levy, MD, FCCM, FACEP, is an Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine and Neurosurgery at the Zucker School of Medicine (ZSOM) at Hofstra/Northwell. He received his medical degree from Albany Medical College, followed by an emergency medicine residency at Christiana Care Health System and a fellowship in Neurocritical Care at North Shore University Hospital. He currently serves as core faculty on the Admissions Committee at the ZSOM, and is Associate Program Director for the Neurocritical Care Fellowship.
He appeared in seasons 11 and 12 of TLC's Untold Stories of the ER, and is the editor of Absolute Neurocritical Care Review. He has also been featured on NPR's Morning Edition, and his work as a puzzlemaker has appeared in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, and the Boston Globe.
