Retired from Emergency Medicine after an 20-year career to focus on individualized low-volume preventive medicine practice model (DPC). Published a chapter in the 5th edition Life Extension Foundation Prevention & Treatment of Disease tome, and the 3rd chapter in Stop the Thyroid Madness, II. Published a book on adaptogen herbs in 2006 (Wonder Herbs: A guide to three adaptogens). Write for wellness blogs, American Fitness magazine as contributing editor.
