Dr. Ramirez-Cook is a Board Certified General psychiatrist, as well as a Child and adolescent psychiatrist licensed in Florida and New York. She earned her Medical Degree at the Universidad Nacional Pedro Henrique Ureña, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Dr. Ramirez-Cook completed her Psychiatric residency as well as her Child and Adolescent fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Bronx Lebanon Hospital in New York City. She is also specialized on Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, doing her fellowship at the New York Medical College. Manhattan, New York. Dr. Ramirez-Cook has worked inpatient, outpatient and at Forensic Residential juvenile settings and has practiced medicine in English, French, Spanish, and Italian.
