  • I graduated first in my class and was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha. I am Board Certified in Anesthesiology, Critical Care Medicine and Pain Management. I have practice in the field of Interventional Pain Management for 35 years. I am Chairman Emeritus of Anesthesiology and Professor Emeritus of Anesthesiology, Neurosurgery and Hematology-Oncology as well as the founding Director Emeritus of the Interventional Pain Management fellowship at the University of Kentucky. I retired from the University in 2009 to found and direct the Cardinal Hill Pain Institute in Lexington Kentucky, where we see patients from virtually every state as well as international patients.
