UFC provide services such as DOT exam, VA exam for C&P, primary care, weight loss, hormone replacement therapy, sleep study, pulmonary function. EKG, B12, lipo injection, children immunization test , IV hydration, management, school physical for children, work/school physical for adults, primary care for any acute or chronic conditions. In addition we offer Telehealth for VIRGINIA residents for cannabis certification and renewal for chronic pain management. Our services are provided either at the clinic in person, through Telehealth or housecalls/visits. We have affordable monthly self-pay subscription for the uninsured patients. We accept self pay, FL Medicaid, Medicare, Sunshine, Ambetter, United Healthcare, Aetna better Health, Cigna and Humana Tricare.
