My name is Tara Davis, and I am a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in Anti-Aging/Integrative and Functional Medicine. My journey into this field was deeply personal, rooted in my own struggles with chronic stress during my 25 years of service in the United States Air Force Air National Guard, which led to significant health issues. Thankfully, Functional Medicine practices not only facilitated my recovery but also inspired my career path.

My current focus is on helping women prevent cognitive decline. This passion is fueled by my recent discovery of having one copy of the E4 gene, a similar genetic disposition shared with my mother, who is currently battling Alzheimer's dementia. It is my firm belief, supported by emerging research, that Alzheimer's and other forms of dementia can be reversed, and I am committed to aiding as many individuals as possible in this fight.

In my practice, I offer one-on-one consultations and will soon be expanding to include group sessions, programs, and courses. Besides cognitive health, I also address a variety of chronic diseases, including menopause and obesity.
