• Dr. Stephen Young is a psychiatrist currently engaged in private consultation in the field of forensic psychiatry. He is board certified in general psychiatry and recently sat for a re-certification examination in forensic psychiatry (results have not yet been posted!). He was employed with the US Department of State as a Regional Psychiatrist from 2008-20 to include tours in Dakar, Colombia, Tokyo, London, and Athens - he also served as the Director of all DOD mental health services from 2015-6. He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine and has been in practice 32 years. He specializes in forensic psychiatry.
