Summary
- I developed a very busy and now stable practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology in a troubling shortage area with an unstable practice. I started as a solo physician and developed trust in the community to stop attrition, engaged and hired many ObGyn, and grew the practice into a flourishing busy practice. I also worked in several leadership roles including as President of Medical Staff, Department Head of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Chair of the Medical Executive Committee, and Member of several hospital committees.
