Summary
- I maintain a very selective bespoke stimulant management private practice. I use six different software systems to enable facile implementation of evidence-based, consensus best-practice principles for stimulant management. For example, virtual follow is daily for all new patients. All physician-patient communications are captured in secure messaging and encrypted recordings. Patients must have health insurance and must be up to date in their routine primary care. I have a dedicated Quality Assurance team member who tracks these things for every patient. Further, I only retain patients who continually demonstrate mutual trust and respect. My clinical experience (N=patient*years of experience) for helping adults on the Attention Direction Spectrum (ADS) is 1000+.
