Summary

• I currently serve as Chief of Cardiac Surgery at the Jefferson Einstein Montgomery Hospital. Previously, I served as Physician in Chief of the Special Surgery Institute and Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery at Lehigh Valley Health Network. I am a Clinical Professor of Surgery at the Sidney Kimmel Medical College of Jefferson University.
  
  I'm a graduate of Muhlenberg College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. I completed my General Surgery Residency and Cardiothoracic Surgery Fellowship at the Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. I'm certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery. I've achieved a Master of Medical Management (MMM) at the H. John Heinz III School of Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University. I've also achieved a Certified Physician Executive (CPE) certificate by the Certifying Commission in Medical Management of the America College of Physician Executives.
  
  I'm a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, the Society of Thoracic Surgery, the American College of Cardiology, and the American College of Chest Physicians. I’m a Past-President if the Lehigh County Medical Society and Past-President of the Pennsylvania Association for Thoracic Surgery.
  
  My clinical focus is on adult cardiac surgery, including mitral valve repair surgery, coronary artery bypass, and atrial fibrillation surgery. My passion is to provide quality care and value to the patient experience.
