  After 29 years in private practice I have gone from a group model to solo private practice. In the environment of extraneous regulation of the patient doctor relationship I chose to maintain our relationship as free from conflict of interest as possible. This means open price transparency and no insurance contracts. Patient contract and pay directly for the services I provide.
  
  I have created the unique Inpatient Advocate Service-TM for my patients and offer this model to fellow primary care doctors who maintain hospital privileges.
  
  I pride myself in my fastidious practice style. I am constantly seeking ways to improve the patient experience and service. I see tremendous benefits to a more "virtual office" yet remain available with a full staff to assist my patients and me in their care.
