• Dr. R. Kemp Massengill, now residing in Palos Verdes Estates, CA specialized in ophthalmology with a subspecialty focus on cataract-related conditions. He earned his medical degree from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1967 and holds board certification in ophthalmology. Dr. Massengill practiced in San Diego, CA, and has served on the voluntary research staff at USC School of Medicine/Dept. of Ophthalmology. He is passionate about ALL animal welfare, including for mistreated farm animals, abandoned pot-bellied pigs, gentle long-eared donkeys, and animals tortured in research studies.
