- I retired after 20 years of general and vascular surgery to begin a Direct Primary Care practice in Lafayette, NY, My Country Doctor. In addition to a family practice I continue to do minor surgery wound care, pain management and medical assisted treatment of substance abuse. I can be contacted 24/7/365 and same day office visits anytime the office is open or for emergencies
I am also available for patient advocacy in terms of planned surgery, specialists consults, research on pathology or second opinions and for expert witness consultation on medical-legal (malpractice) matters.
