Dr. Kelly founded Kelly Psychiatric Associates to provide excellent psychiatric care to the community in two locations, Beverly Hills and the South Bay. He has experience treating multiple conditions, authored two best-selling psychiatry books, serves as a officer of both the Southern California Psychiatric Society and the Southern California Society for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
