- I am an academic hospitalist at the Houston VA and assistant professor affiliated with the Baylor College of Medicine. I completed my medical school training at the Medical College of Georgia. I continued on to complete my Internal Medicine residency training at the Baylor College of Medicine. Prior to entering the field of medicine, I completed a degree in chemical engineering at Rice University. I am interested in pursuing a career in academic medicine and envision a career which involves a combination of patient care, teaching, and research.
