- Dr. Natalia Southerland is a Family Physician located in Houston, TX. In addition to her experience with the diagnosis and treatment of disease in Family Medicine, her interests outside of medical training include certification in health coaching, personal training, hormone optimization, nutraceutical support and the First Line Therapy program to address nutrition, physical activity, and behavior change to treat and prevent chronic disease.
