Dr. Nasim Chowdhury, MD, is a Cornell physician specializing in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PMR) and is the Chief of the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at NewYork Presbyterian Queens with a subspecialty in cancer/neurorehabilitation. He completed his education at the SUNY Downstate Medical Center College of Medicine and New York University, followed by residencies and an internship at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and Cornell and Columbia. He has served as the Medical Director and Attending Physician at New York-Presbyterian Hospital since 2016 and boasts experience with conditions such as diabetic neuropathy, stroke, and dystonia prior to his role as Chief.
