Kaminski was the founding Director of the Simmons Center for Interstitial Lung Disease, and has joined Yale as the Chief of Yale-OCCSM in 2013. He specializes in interstitial lung diseases and is renowned for his groundbreaking research, leadership and advocacy. He has been a recipient of multiple awards and recognitions, and is the past president of the Association of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Division Chiefs.
