  • Dr. Miller is a cardiologist with a longstanding interest in disorders of lipid and lipoprotein metabolism focusing on hypertriglyceridemia/low HDL syndromes.
    He is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American Heart Association, National Lipid Association and American Society of Preventive Cardiology. He has coauthored numerous publications in journals including Science, New England Journal of Medicine, JAMA, Circulation and JACC. Dr. Miller served on the leadership council for the American Heart Association. He is past Chair, AHA Clinical Lipidology Council and Past President, American Society of Preventive Cardiology. Dr. Miller also Chaired the AHA Scientific Statement on Triglycerides and Cardiovascular Disease, serves on the American College of Cardiology Nutrition Workgroup and served as Council Member for AHAs Lifestyle and Cardiometabolic Committee.
