Over more than a decade PRC founded, acquired, managed and sold several pathology practices including: Brazos Valley Pathology (Bryan/College Station, Texas), Trinity Pathology Associates, (Tyler,Texas) , Reitpath Pathology (Austin, Texas) ,West Georgia Pathology (Carrollton, Georgia), and Southeast Missouri Pathology (Sikeston, Missouri). A founding partner of Thyroid Cytopathology Associates in Austin, Texas, provider of cytopathology services to Veracyte, Inc. and founding partner of Metroplex Pathology in Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, a large nationwide gastrointestinal pathology practice acquired by Caris Diagnostics in 2006.
