Summary
- My practice is focused on the assessment and treatment of Veterans and Civilians with Subconcussive and Concussive Traumatic Brain Injuries. Since 2004, we have used a comprehensive 28 point biomarker panel to assess the status of NeuroSteroids and Neuroactive steroids. These are affected by traumas to the head and body and cause the "disorder" commonly referred to as PTSD. In my work, PTSD only occurs if the underlying TBI is missed or ignored. PTSD is the continuum from TBI. www.tbihelpnow.org
