Summary
- I am a board certified pediatrician working in urgent Care. I have worked in the hospitalist setting and spent 4 years in private practice in a setting that fostered a true relationship with our patients and their families. Co founded Practicing Physicians of America (https://practicingphysician.org/) in 2017. Our mission is to Beat burnout and Protect Patients by giving practicing physicians a voice to allow us to practice as we were trained. I publish in national newspapers, speak and advocate at the state and national level for better access at lower cost. Yes, it can be done! I'm on the Board of our County Health Improvement Partnership and the Editorial board of our County newspaper in the Philly burbs. Over the last 7 years, I taught my children and their friends to grow organic produce which they sell to local restaurants for charity.
