Summary
- Dr. Wallace received medical degree from University of Virginia (UVa) in 1983, and completed residency training in Emergency Medicine at Emory University in 1987 and fellowship training in Medical Toxicology at Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center (Phoenix, AZ) in 1997. He was board-certified in Medical Toxicology, Fellow of the American College of Medical Toxicology, and previously forensically licensed in Maine.
He previously held attending physician and academic faculty positions at the UVa Division of Medical Toxicology, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC) Division of Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology, and Banner Good Samaritan Medical Center (BGSMC) Department of Medical Toxicology. In addition, he was Associate Director at the Dartmouth Center for Environmental Health Sciences, Director of Occupational and Environmental Toxicology Services at BGSMC, and Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at University of New England College of Pharmacy.
Dr. Wallace was a part-time employee and Director of Medical Toxicology at Veritox, Inc., where he has provided professional service as a forensic consultant and expert witness. Based on his knowledge, training, and personal experience in health science-related settings, Dr. Wallace provided services in local, statewide, national, and global regions that related to forensic and preventive medical evaluation and support.
