Summary

• Advanced Practice Nurse with national board certification as CardioVascular Nurse Practitioner (CVNP-BC) and licensed Registered Professional Nurse for over 40 years, I have worked 25 years in a hospital critical care and cath lab/EP environment as both staff nurse and charge nurse and five years outpatient care as CVNP in Cardiology diagnosing, treating CVD, and stress testing. Worked at the Medical University of South Carolina, previously with the Aortic Center treating patients with cardiovascular and aortic aneurysm disease, then seeing patients via telehealth appointments with the MUSC Virtual Urgent Care clinic. Contract work done as the Clinical Liaison for Senior Living Consulting, LLC for Assisted Living and Memory Care facilities. I have taught nursing students at a local community college as well as numerous seminars to medical professionals, now volunteering with Medical Reserves teaching BLS and StopTheBleed.
