Summary
- I am a board certified internist and hypertension specialist who practices a mix of primary care and hospital medicine. Within the field of blood pressure disorders, my clinical and research focus is chiefly on complex hypertension requiring multimodal intervention and emerging therapies. To that end, I offer a subspecialty hypertension clinic as part of my primary care practice, and I have also been a site primary investigator for several industry led trials of novel antihypertensives, with plans to continue such collaborations in the future. I am also comfortable in the clinical management of orthostatic hypotension, labile hypertension, and dysautonomia. Other clinical interests include lipidology and obesity, which I am comfortable managing with new and emerging evidence-based therapies, and for which I will sit for the boards in the fall of 2025.
